Sending Best Wishes to his family.. 🙏 We knew Steve through football, he was a regular on the sunday sidelines, our son played for one of his academies for a few years, he was kind enough to call him with advise when he had moved on…
RIP Hopcroft

Our dear Stevie, You have been taken far to young , but no one can take the wonderful memories away from us , holidays , christmas , family parties. You have always been a leader , and that applied at christmas games when you had to do all the organising ,and so competitive . I think you won the Tom cup more times than anyone!
I will miss our little chats when you were having a down time. I can see you smiling now at all the beautiful tributes made to you , saying bloody hell is that me ! I will treasure all the memorabilia from the army,Police and of course football .From the day you came into our lives 37 yrs ago you have been a son to me . Yes we have had our ups and downs, but always remained close .You will live on through Tom and Beth who are an absolute credit to you and Jo .Nite nite god blessxx
